There are a lot of women’s and sporting competitions that are about to start and I know I sometimes get lost trying to keep up with everything. I’ve never really known how to use Google calendar apart from just plugging in a date and keeping it moving but finding calendars online has shown me how great of an app it is in keeping up to date.
Having the calendars isn’t the tough part, it’s looking for them and sometimes integrating them to your calendar. Most organisations don’t use the ECAL system to link fixtures so for some of these I had to go the extra mile and manually create calendars. I hope you enjoy this upcoming sporting season and we get to watch great moments together.
The Hundred Women’s Competition
The Hundred promises an incredible season once again. Double header matchers start on the 5th of August with the final culminating on the 31st of August. There’s a match every day making this august one filled with cricket. You can find all the fixtures here and link them to your calendar.

Chelsea FC Women’s WSL Season
The Chelsea Women’s WSL season begins on the 5th of September against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. The team will look to go back to back in Sonia Bompastor’s second season in charge. You can link the calendar to yours here!

Springbok Women in World Cup action
It is a big year for women’s rugby and the hype is like no other. With the World Cup set to start on the 22nd of August in England, i am excited to see how this one goes. I’ve watched the WXV and seen that the passion in the women’s game is big and with the upcoming world cup fixtures i am going to be watching. I’ve linked the Springbok womens, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and USA fixtures here.

Proteas Women’s 2025 ICC World Cup fixtures
World Cup season is back and the Proteas Women are looking to win it. Preparations are underway and I am excited to see the young faces and key players battle it out in India and Sri Lanka. Find all of our world cup fixtures here and let’s back the girls in Green and Gold!

Another season of footy
The 2025 AFLW competition starts on the 14th of August with Collingwood travelling to Carlton. There are a lot of teams I could’ve linked to my calendar but I had to go with my top 2 for the season and link all Collingwood and last years Premieres North Melbourne matches here.

MI Cape Town season 4 fixtures
There’s no hiding that I am supporting MICT this season. After falling in love with the franchise in the IPL and even more with MICT winning it last season I am excited to see how season 4 goes. I’ve linked all their matches here and I’m ready to watch their season opener on the 26th of December.

How ‘bout them Chiefs!
NFL season is upon us and after spending sleepless nights last season watching the Chiefs I will be putting myself through the same this season. I know they are different but having played and understood touch rugby I saw a lot of similarities in football and it allowed me to understand the game better. The Chiefs start their campaign on the 6th of September and you can find all their fixtures here.

As more of my favourite sports and fixtures get released I’ll update the calendar. I’m excited for all the respective sports this year and cannot wait to get underway.
