In 2020, I flirted with the idea of starting a blog after my little WeHeartIt corner began picking up steam. I wanted more. I wanted to say more. And so, after a LONG quiet period, design experiments, and a few domain disasters later — here we are.
This space? It’s for me. But if you’re here, I hope it becomes a space for you too. Somewhere you can nod in agreement, laugh at my overshares over all my sports, and maybe even find new outlooks in my stories.
I’ve lived a life full of experience in sports and didn’t know the impact sharing could have not only for me but within my community. There are so many of us looking to break barriers and work in this wonderful industry but often find it tough to even get a foot in. I had to pave my own way and create what I wanted to see on the internet, especially as a women in sport.
I’m passionate about a lot of things: storytelling, sports, and random niches. Telling people little specs of my sports life gives me joy mixed with anxiety. So you can expect to hear a lot about cricket, sevens rugby and football (Chelsea FC Women to be exact). I’ll share all my resources and get you up to date with what I think is worth looking at.
